Guide: hoe to get out of Citadel, without port charm/divine r teleport

Well, ya got to Citadel, ya pvped some other races, ya had fun, ya explored, and now, ya want out!
how do ya do it?
simple!

and talk to this friendly npc, to get you out

teleporting fee's are like normal skylord fees
and no, this isn't the same npc that got you inside/the one you spawned next to.
